James Freeman serves as Lead Pastor of Destiny World Church Atlanta. His "career" spans over a decade of service. Joining Destiny World Church of Austell in 2000, Pastor Freeman worked his way from a janitor to the Student Pastor where he served for 8 years. Proverbs 22:6 reads, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Pastor Freeman was led to teach the Word of God to young adults in a creative and exciting way so that they would never depart from these teachings.

Pastor Freeman currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Leadership & Business Administration from Beulah Heights University in Atlanta and is pursuing his MBA from Strayer University. His favorite quote is "It's best to be prepared and not have an opportunity than to have an opportunity and not be prepared".

Pastor Freeman is from Atlanta, GA and is an avid golfer and basketball fan. He is married to wife, Natasha, and they have one son, Michael.
